My parents had worked with Ash to sell their home and they had an excellent experience, so when it was my turn to sell my home I knew Ash would do an excellent job. Once again, he and his team did not disappoint. From professional staging (provided for free!), to marketing, and then finally settlement and closing, Ash provided a comprehensive and thorough experience. His team (especially Bridget) was always available to answer my questions promptly and their great connections with local contractors meant it was easy for me to get help touching up my home. When there was an unexpected hangup the week of closing, Ash and his team worked overtime to resolve the issue and ultimately allow the settlement to complete on-time. I am extremely pleased with Ash and his team’s work, and I urge people who are buying or selling in the area to consider Ash for their real estate needs.
