My daughter, Davina is an amazing Realtor from-Davina Instagram although I wanted to sell this on my own without a realtor, she convinced me that I’d get more money and sell faster if I hired a Realtor. She was Right! She referred me to the agent she thought was the best in my area and again, she was right!! Ash and his team worked swiftly, professionally and flawlessly to consult with us on the best approach, stage our home, advertise, create brochures, facilitate two open houses which, in a weekend, got us multiple offers over ask, without contingencies.
