Highly recommend Ash Morsi and his team! What an awesome experience we have had. My husband and I have never sold a house before and weren’t quite sure what to expect. We have been so very pleased through every step of the process. Through Ash’s myriad of outstanding contractors and his operations team member Bridget, we were able to get our house in tip top shape. Bridget coordinated everything and it went off so smoothly without a hitch. To top off everything and the reason we chose Ash was for his staging. We were not disappointed! Our family and friends have said they don’t recognize our house and that it looks like a model home! It does and the number of showings and offers (all above asking) are a testament to that.
