Ash and team are amazing!!! I have recently used Ash to help sell my house in Ashburn VA and I do echo other reviews here. I started my selling process by interviewing relators and comparing services being offered before signing on with Ash. His commitment to actively participate in every aspect of the transaction detail sold me along with his eye for identifying minute details missed by others in the initial walk through. He has built a strong professional team that is quite passionate about what they do and ensured the overall process runs smoothly. Ash is very hands on and is always available. We had an sos moment with some choice and quickly regrouped and resolved it. It’s definitely a journey from the time you decide to sell to actually selling and relocating to your new home. Ash along with Bridget and Katherine made every step of the journey easy. Based on Ash’s recommendations we decided to refresh my house to meet current buyer trends, he has a good sense of what buyers are looking for and what improvements to make and what not to. It was a large undertaking for me with refinishing flooring, paints and fixtures etc. Ash has relationships with a great team of contractors who were also committed to finishing the work timely to ensure all key dates were met. His team helped plan and schedule all construction activities. We were able to sell timely, priced it well to ensure there was enough buyer interest and our target sale price reached our expectations and much more with multiple offers. His fabulous staging consultant Lucy provided the final touches prior to the photoshoot and open house without which we wouldn’t have achieved the look we were expecting.
