There are many reasons to sign on with Ash and his team: Amazing staging that made a material difference in my home’s sale price, project managed my home’s preparation/upgrades/HOA issues (which was invaluable for my busy family) and brought quality vendors to help get the house ready to market. Ash knows what gets the best ROI for upgrades/updates to a home and targets those areas. His improvement recommendations included upfront costs to me as a homeowner that I more than got back with the sale price. He viewed spending my money as if it were his own. His team kept me on track with upgrades and in the communication loop as things progressed. I always felt there was a plan in place and we were executing it with no surprises. I am not sure how other agents can compete with the services his team provides.
