How much a difference? A larger townhouse in my cluster has been on sale for over a month, and they did not do any staging. We got 3 offers above asking price on the first day on the market. We accepted one within 72 hours and had a successful closing. Ash was also very helpful in the decision making to choose the best all around offer. That other townhouse is still on the market.
